Up Next: Last week, the Kansas Board of Pharmacy advised PCMA that they had received reapproval of their white bagging rules from the Attorney General. This allows the Board to discuss how they wish to proceed on these regulations at their February meeting this Thursday. The Executive Director has assured PCMA that the Board will not be adopting the regulations this week but will not provide any insight into what actions they might take moving forward. PCMA will provide comments to the Board on Thursday and is laying the groundwork for any legislative response we might need to pursue.
