In Review: This week, the PBM kitchen sink bill, SB 360, which bans spread pricing, mandates pass-through rebates, enhances Insurance Department oversight, and mandates a dispensing fee of $10.50, passed the Senate by a vote of 32-8. Several amendments were attempted to strike the dispensing fee and other portions of the bill. The bill is now moving to the House for consideration.
