In Review: This week, the PBM kitchen sink bill, SB 360, which bans spread pricing, mandates pass-through rebates, enhances Insurance Department oversight, and mandates a dispensing fee of $10.50, was introduced in the House and assigned to the Insurance Committee. PCMA and our members have been working closely with Chairman Bill Sutton (R) and Speaker Dan Hawkins (R) to equip them with information to hold firm against the pharmacists. Also, the Senate Sponsor expressed an interest in negotiating with PCMA to reduce the headwinds for the bill in the House.
