Kansas Weekly Update 2.6.26

In Review: This week, the Senate Committee on Financial Institutions and Insurance amended and passed SB 360 to the full Senate. As amended, the bill carves ERISA plans out of the contracting restrictions and mandatory dispensing fee, but continues to mandate that the auditing and reporting provisions apply to every plan in Kansas. The committee also amended the bill to replace point-of-sale rebates with the pass-through of rebates to plan sponsors.
