In Review: Last week, the Kansas legislature adjourned sine die. For the second year in a row, no bills impacting the PBM industry passed, and the moratorium on such, put in place by Speaker Dan Hawkins (R), held again. PCMA continues to work alongside our coalition partners, Kansas Employers for Affordable Healthcare, to push back on insurance mandates and keep healthcare costs as affordable as possible.
