Up Next: The Kentucky Department of Insurance will hold a hearing on January 23 to approve rules stemming from SB 188, which address PBM licensure. While most of the proposed rule is noncontroversial, it does include a $10,000 registration fee and a $1,000 license application fee. PCMA will likely write a letter noting the registration and license application fee is abnormally high relative to other states and is not supported by the statute.
