In Review: Last week, the Kentucky Department of Insurance (DOI) sent PCMA their responses to several questions related to the rulemaking process for SB 188, including the dispensing fee, PBM registration fee and more. The Department’s answers were largely unsubstantial. PCMA will be hosting a call later this week to discuss any next steps with the DOI and plan for the 2025 legislative session.
