In Review: Last week, PCMA submitted a letter to the Kentucky Department of Insurance regarding rulemaking for SB 188. The letter focuses on several issues already raised by members, including comments on the dispensing fee, classification of pharmacies, and more. Notably, the first set of draft rules from the Department of Insurance (DOI), laid out an excessive PBM registration fee, which PCMA noted concerns about in the letter. The Department plans to submit the draft rules to the legislature by November 15.
