Up Next: SB 188 (NADAC, Dispensing Fee, Mail Order, White Bagging, Specialty Networks) was expected to be heard on February 27, however a hearing on the bill has been delayed another week. PCMA was supposed to meet with Senate President Robert Stivers (R) and Pro-Tem David Givens (R) last Friday. However, the meeting was canceled for reasons unrelated to the bill or issue and will be rescheduled. On Monday afternoon, PCMA will be meeting with Chairman Jared Carpenter (R) of the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee. There are rumors that he is planning a stakeholder meeting. PCMA will work to confirm that and more in today’s conversation. In the meantime, PCMA is continuing to educate potential third-party allies and is collaborating with member companies to engage employer clients.
