Up Next: On Monday, PCMA and other stakeholders, including the Kentucky Pharmacist Association will be meeting with Senator Max Wise (R) to discuss the implementation of SB 188. Items to be raised in the meeting include difficulty in implementing the enhanced dispensing fee during the course of the Department of Insurance’s cost of dispensing survey and the flood of complaints already submitted to the Department from pharmacists. Additionally, SB 14 (340B) will be heard in the Senate Health Services Committee on Wednesday morning.
