In Review: Last week, SB 149 (POS Rebates) was filed by Senate Health Services Committee Chairman, Senator Stephen Meredith (R). Thankfully, the team on the ground was able to get the bill referred to the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee, a much friendlier audience.
Up Next: PCMA will be requesting a meeting with the bill sponsor for this week before any potential hearing. Additionally, while there is no concrete timeline, we are expecting a large PBM ‘reform’ bill which should be filed any day now.
