In Review: Last week, the House Banking and Insurance Committee heard HB 413 (point-of-sale rebates) for discussion only. A representative of a patient group in favor of the proposal provided comment in support, while a representative from Elevance provided comment in opposition. Vice Chair Michael Pollock (R) proposed that a work group be established to look into the issue.

Up Next: The General Assembly had its final day for concurrence on Friday with the veto period starting over the weekend. Legislators will return on Thursday the March 27 and adjourn for the year on March 28.
