In Review: Last week, HB 423, the prior authorization legislation that was negotiated over the interim, was referred to the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee. Additionally, HB 614, which would repeal the dispensing fee paid to independent pharmacies as passed in SB 188 last year, was referred to the House Banking and Insurance Committee.
