In Review: Last Friday, the Kentucky General Assembly adjourned its 2025 session. While there were expectations that HB 423, the negotiated prior authorization legislation, would pass the Senate and go to the Governor, it ultimately fell short. In addition to HB 423 not making it to the Governor’s desk, all priority legislation PCMA tracked, including SB 12 (point-of-sale rebates), HB 413 (point-of-sale rebates), HB 685 (340B reporting), and SB 14 (340B) all failed for this session.
