Up Next: Heading into the weekend, there was word that Kroger, Amazon, and other chains are working to have an amendment filed to HB 190 (mail-order) that will exempt them from the NADAC reimbursement requirement until the Department of Insurance issues its dispensing fee as outlined in SB 188. As a reminder, HB 190 originally would have prohibited incentivizing or requiring the use of a mail-order pharmacy but was amended in the House to a point where the industry could take a neutral position. The General Assembly will adjourn today.
