In Review: Last week, PCMA submitted a comment letter explaining the industry’s position on ERISA preemption, jurisprudence, and other related information relative to SB 188 stemming from Senator Max Wise’s (R) request of Attorney General Russell Coleman’s (R) office to assess the applicability of the anti-steering provisions on ERISA plans and the law’s applicability on out-of-state PBMs/plans.
