In Review: The Louisiana Department of Insurance has posted notice of a hearing on Regulation 90, a proposal concerning prompt payment of claims and pharmacy audits. PCMA previously engaged in this proposed rule in October 2024. The hearing, which will be held on January 21, concerns substantive edits made to the proposed rule.
Up Next: PCMA will solicit input from members on changes to the proposed rule and will engage accordingly.
