Up Next: The Louisiana legislature will convene today, and PCMA is active on 13 bills that were filed prior to the session. PCMA does anticipate some additional bills to be introduced but so far the legislation introduced covers Audits (SB 281/SB 311/HB 603), PBM Incentive Programs (HB 704), Cost-Sharing (SB 347), White Bagging (SB 241), State Health Benefit Plan Transparency (HB 172), Prior Authorization in certain cancer treatments (SB 58), GPL1 mandated coverage (SB 100), a ban on Step Therapy (SB 148), Alternative Funding (HB 509), and administration of HIV drugs by a pharmacist (HB 579).
