Up Next: This will be a busy week in Baton Rouge on PBM-related legislation. On Tuesday, HB 509 (patient assistance/coupons), HB 603 (audits), and HB 704 (PBM incentive program) will be in the House Insurance Committee. On Wednesday, SB 281 (audits) will be back in committee for a potential vote. PCMA will speak at both meetings and is working on amendments to the audit measures.
