In Review: The House Committee on Insurance held a hearing on a revised version of HB 264 (POS Rebates). PCMA testified in opposition.  The Committee adopted an amendment eliminating the rebate mandate and creating a new system for disclosure of rebates. The bill is now pending consideration before the Committee on Government Oversight.  The Senate Committee on Insurance deferred action on SB 173 (Dispensing Fee), citing lack of support.

Up Next: The Senate Committee on Insurance is expected to consider SB 173 again on Wednesday.  PCMA is coordinating with members to oppose the measure and will be present to testify in opposition.
