In Review: Governor Jeff Landry (R) and Attorney General Liz Murrill (R) held a press conference last week. The Governor announced his intention to explore options for unilateral executive action against PBMs. He further reiterated his interest in a potential special legislative session. AG Murrill announced her plan to file a series of lawsuits targeting the industry. Additionally, HB 264 regulating PBM practices was signed into law by the Governor on Wednesday.
