In Review: The Health Coverage, Insurance, and Financial Services Committee voted ought to pass on a bill that allows a patient to visit a network retail pharmacy if their prescription is either delayed or damaged during the mail-order process. PCMA and the health plan trade were able to include supply limits in the bill to reduce waste.
