In Review: PCMA testified in opposition to a point-of-sale rebate bill in the Health Coverage, Insurance, and Financial Services Committee. In the previous session, the committee voted down the bill due to the premium increases cited by the plan sponsors in Maine. PCMA and its members coordinated with those plan sponsors to participate in the hearing again last week. PCMA is awaiting a follow-up work session for the bill.
