In Review: The Health Coverage, Insurance, and Financial Services committee held a hearing on a NADAC plus Medicaid reimbursement bill and a 340B bill. PCMA testified in opposition to both bills. PCMA also met with the sponsor of the recently filed delinking bill, which was scheduled for a hearing on Tuesday, April 29. PCMA will testify in opposition to the bill.
