In Review: PCMA met with House Health Committee Chair and Subcommittee Chairs this week. While nothing has been introduced regarding PBM issues yet, the Chairs signaled interest in convening a statutory stakeholder workgroup to review and potentially revise the definition of specialty drug since its original passage 15 years ago. PCMA also participated in a meeting of Save Our Benefits Maryland with the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce to educate the Chamber on the threats of anti-payor legislation.
