In Review: Maryland has introduced HB 1469 to establish a Specialty Drug Definition workgroup. The bill directs the new workgroup to meet this summer and evaluate what changes are required to the state’s statutory specialty drug definition. This will happen concurrently with the existing PBM workgroup, which is set to reconvene this summer.
