In Review: The Massachusetts Division of Insurance held a hearing on its PBM Licensing Regulations last week. PCMA monitored the hearing, which ended quickly with minimal feedback from the public. PCMA is currently working on its comment letter related to the regulations and plans to submit it by the Thursday deadline.
