In Review: PCMA submitted its final comment letter to the Massachusetts Division of Insurance related to the PBM licensure regulations. The Division of Insurance also released its proposed regulations related to prior authorizations. PCMA will review the regulations and work with members on feedback. Comment letters are due February 26.
