In Review: The Massachusetts Department of Insurance (DOI) will hold a public hearing on January 9, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. ET to receive comments on the proposed regulation regarding Pharmacy Benefit Managers, 211 CMR 157.00, Licensing and Regulation of Pharmacy Benefit Managers. The draft regulations have been posted on the DOI’s website and have been shared with PCMA members. Please review the regulations with your teams and provide specific feedback on what should be included in testimony. Written comments are due January 8, 2026, and post-hearing comments are due January 15, 2026.
