In Review: PCMA met virtually with Commissioner Michael Caljouw from the Massachusetts Division of Insurance (DoI). We discussed the role of the PBM in contracting with drug manufacturers and pharmacies. The DoI is working on draft rules for PBM licensing and will continue working with PCMA and its members before the October 2025 deadline to finalize those rules.
