In Review: Last Thursday, April 18, the House Health Policy held a hearing on HB 5013 and HB 5435, both mandating coverage for contraceptives. Stakeholders worked with the authors of the bill to offer substitute amendments that mitigate each bill to where PCMA did not weigh in on the bill.
