In Review: This week, three bills that PCMA is monitoring had legislative action taken on them.
The first, House Bill 4890, relating to insulin manufacturing, had a substitute amendment adopted, and received a favorable vote out of the committee by 15-2. Secondly, House Bill 4015, relating to copay caps for insulin, also had a substitute amendment adopted, and received a favorable vote out of the committee by 9-1. Finally, House Bill 5519, relating to reporting requirements for the insulin production program had a substitute amendment adopted, and received a favorable vote out of the committee by 15-2.
