In Review: The following priority bills were introduced: HF 1075 (POS rebates), HF 1076 (formulary), HF 1100 (Establish a Directed Pharmacy Dispensing Payment to Improve and Maintain Access to Pharmaceutical Services), HF 1269 (Requiring Coverage of Prescription Medications for the Treatment of Dementia – and Prohibit Step Therapy), and SF 1574 (Master Contract with the State for Pharmacy Benefit Manager).
Up Next: Pharmacy Day at the Capitol will be held on March 6 so we anticipate that week will possibly have numerous hearings scheduled.
