In Review: The prior authorization/gold carding draft bill circulated a couple of weeks ago will most likely be the bill that will be introduced in both the House and Senate. PCMA, member company representatives, and their counsel met in person last Friday to discuss and strategize for the upcoming session.
Up Next: PCMA will be meeting with the Minnesota Medical Association to discuss the prior authorization draft bill on Tuesday afternoon. The Minnesota legislature will begin on Monday, February 12.
