In Review: The following priority bills were introduced: SF 1877 (point-of-sale rebates), SF 1876 (formulary), HF1652 / SF 1806 (Prohibiting Formulary Changes During the Plan Year), and SF 1856 (Prohibit AI for UM).
Up Next: Pharmacy Day at the Capitol will be held on March 5 and while no hearings have been scheduled, we anticipate bills may be heard.
