In Review: Last Wednesday, the Senate Judiciary and Public Safety Committee met on SF 4065 (medical debt/copay accumulator), and the bill was amended and re-referred back to the Senate Commerce and Consumer Protection Committee. While the legislature is on Easter Recess until Tuesday at noon, there was an editorial in the Star Tribune on March 30 relative to the prior authorization issues, which is relative to HF 3578 and SF 3532.
