In Review: Fiscal notes were released on SF 1806 (Prohibiting Certain Formulary Changes During the Plan Year) and SF 1876 (formulary).
Up Next: The House and Senate committees are beginning work on their various omnibus policy bills. We expect the formulary bills to be included in the bill language and hearings will be held this week. Friday, April 11 at noon is the third committee deadline, and the start of the Easter/Passover break begins. The legislature will be in recess through Monday, April 21, at noon.
