In Review: Early last week, the Senate Finance Committee made amendments and passed SF 2669, the Senate HHS omnibus bill. PCMA is following the high priority issues included in the bill: SF 1806 (Prohibiting Certain Formulary Changes During the Plan Year), located in Article 5, and SF 3294 (Transparency to Department of Health Provision Amendments), located in Article 2. The House HHS omnibus bill, HF 2435, is still just a framework and is sitting in the House Ways and Means Committee.
