In Review: PCMA and member companies met for over an hour and a half last week with Representative Steve Elkins (DFL) to discuss the two bills he filed at the very end of session. These bills deal with formularies and opening up the PBM statute enacted in 2019, with numerous pharmacy and pharmacy reimbursement measures. The meeting went as well as expected and appears to be the first in a continuing dialog with Rep. Elkins.
