In Review: This week, House Speaker Jason White (R) introduced HB 1123, which is a result of the interim PBM hearings during the summer of 2024. While this bill is signicantly more narrow than the attempted reforms introduced in the last four years, PCMA is still evaluating the bill for industry concerns.

Up Next: PCMA will coordinate with our members and on-the-ground counsel on the best strategy moving forward. We will start engaging senators, as HB 1123 will likely move quickly in the House with the Speaker being the author.
