In Review: Last week, PCMA met with key leaders in the House to discuss PBM issues. The conversations were positive, but there still seems to be an interest in doing something in the insurance/PBM space. An additional PBM bill was introduced last week by Representative Henry Zuber (R). HB 420 is a prior authorization bill that is very similar to the legislation that passed last year and was vetoed by Governor Tate Reeves (R).

Up Next: With the bill request deadline extended to February 14, PCMA still anticipates additional PBM legislation to be introduced.
