In Review: PCMA continues to work closely with our coalition partners in Jackson; the Mississippi Manufacturers Association (MMA) and the Mississippi Economic Council (MEC). Last week, the MMA received a request from House Leadership to review the conference committee report to HB 1265, that ultimately failed during the 2024 sesssion, and provide suggestions. The MMA contacted PCMA and we worked with PCMA staff and members to offer technical corrections to the conference committee report and plan to provide that to the MMA this week.
