In Review: The next major legislative deadline is behind us in Jackson, with the only PBM-related bill left in play being HB 1665 by Chairman Henry Zuber (R).
Up Next: PCMA is working with member companies and coalition partners to formalize a plan to oppose HB 1665 as written. If the Senate takes up the bill, we anticipate that Senator Daniel Parks (R) will offer an amendment that includes several additional anti-PBM provisions.
