In Review: As of today, the House has not taken action on the Senate amendments to HB 1123. PCMA worked with our coalition partners on key messaging to use with House leaders to get the bill into a conference. The group is working to either mitigate the impact of HB 1123 as amended or encourage House leaders to go back to the underlying bill, which was largely a transparency bill. Earlier today, an opinion piece in the Magnolia Tribune urged legislators to use caution when regulating PBMs. PCMA is working with our coalition partners to ensure every lawmaker reads the piece.

Up Next: The House must move the bill to the conference committee by Tuesday, March 25, or agree to the Senate Changes.
