In Review: Last week, PCMA received a copy of a committee sub for Speaker Jason White’s (R) HB 1123 by Senator Hob Bryan (D). The sub is a marginal improvement from Senator Rita Parks’ (R) SB 2267, which already passed the Senate and was assigned to two committees in the House. PCMA is working closely with our coalition partners on messaging and a plan to achieve the best possible outcome.

Up Next: PCMA anticipates the Senate taking up their committee substitute for HB 1123 this week in the Committee on Public Health and Welfare.
