In Review: While many of the issues in Mississippi have been defeated, the 340B bills are still in play, as well as HB 1079 (clean claims), and HB 1410 (provider reimbursements).
Up Next: PCMA continues to educate lawmakers on the 340B companion bills, and will be meeting with Senate Insurance Chairman Walter Michel (R) this week to discuss concerns with the remaining issues.
