In Review: While many of the issues in Mississippi have been defeated, HB 728 (340B) passed the Senate last week, and there are a few other bills that are still in play. Those are HB 1079 (clean claims), HB 1265 (pharmacy reimbursement), and HB 1410 (provider reimbursements).
Up Next: PCMA continues to educate lawmakers on the remaining bills and will be meeting with several Senators this week in an effort to keep all PBM-related bills off the Senate Floor.
