Up Next: The House Committee on Prescription Drugs will meet this week on September 11. That hearing intends to hear from plan sponsors on their use of PBMs and their concerns with the legislation that has been introduced over the last several years. Additionally, PCMA received a request from the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy for an in-person meeting this Thursday. The meeting’s focus is on discussing the Board’s position on the legislation from 2024 and what could be filed in 2025.
