In Review: Senate Bills 968 and 984, PBM omnibus measures, were referred to the Senate Committee on Health. PCMA has developed policy and messaging materials in opposition to these proposals. In anticipation of the hearing, PCMA has met with allies in labor, the Chamber of Commerce, and free market interest groups to coordinate opposition.

Up Next: Senate Bills 968 and 984 have been noticed for a hearing in the Senate Committee on Health on Wednesday, January 21 at 10:30 AM CT. PCMA will be present to testify and has scheduled meetings with committee members as well as Senate and House leadership.
