In Review: The Missouri Senate Committee on Health will hear two bills of concern on Wednesday. SB 13 includes provisions implementing Any Willing Pharmacy, a biosimilar coverage mandate, and prohibitions on disparate treatment of 340B programs. SB 45 is an omnibus anti-PBM bill that includes a spread pricing ban, removal of ERISA exemptions, copay accumulator, and a NADAC reimbursement requirement. PCMA will be present to testify against both measures.

Up Next: The Missouri House has appointed committees, and the first round of bill referral will occur on Friday. It is likely that House bill hearings will occur next week.
